Highly efficient FINAROS OY vibration damper absorbs vibrations caused by the operation of a vibratory pile driver (vibro hammer)
and the damage that these hammers put on cranes.
It provides extended protection to all cranes from the vibration put out by the hammers.
How it works?
The damper is in prestress conditions provided by the Finaros damper design. Stages 1 and 2 of vibration suppressors are pulled in the opposite direction, compensating the others.
A vibration hammer hangs on the lower suspension, pulling it down and compensating the tension of the prestress. Therefore, a vibration hammer's weight, in contrast to the other vibration damper types, does not exclude it from the damper's capacity ability, enabling the maximum
efficiency of the Finaros vibration dampers' use.
With a high peak force,
suppressor stages 1 and 2 are pulled to maximum length,
providing a double shock absorber rod stroke length.
